Carroll Porter III, better known on the show as CPIII, was a co-founder of Sports on the Hill Podcast and played a major role in shaping the show from its earliest years. The project grew out of sports writing and conversations online, and Carroll helped turn that early idea into a collaborative podcast, brand and platform.
Over the years, Carroll contributed across nearly every part of SportsOTHP, including hosting, producing, reporting, videography, graphics, promotion, audio production and beat production, with a particular focus on football, baseball and hockey.
Carroll is now focused on his next chapter through Sports OTHP Consulting LLC and Sports OTHP Productions, with an emphasis on photography, video production, original programming, storytelling, small businesses, entrepreneurs, community leaders and everyday people whose stories deserve to be told.
A huge thank you to Carroll for the years of time, work, creativity and energy he gave to SportsOTHP and for everything he helped build. He is no longer a current contributor to the podcast, but his impact remains an important part of the show's history, and we wish him the best with what comes next.
Dujunnea Bland is a credentialed reporter for SportsJourney Media covering the NFL and NHRA. He was a regular contributor to our Washington football coverage during his time with SportsOTHP.
Bland continues his work in sports media and also produces The NotBland Show.
We appreciate everything DJ contributed during his time with SportsOTHP.
