Lower School Fine Arts

After school art taught by the lower school art teacher is offered at McLean School. Classes are taught according to the specific needs and wants of the student and parents. A variety of art mediums and materials are used. To sign up for after school art, contact the lower school art teacher or the art department chairperson. (additional fee)

Middle School Fine Arts

After school art taught by the middle school art teacher is offered at McLean School. Classes are taught according to the specific needs and wants of the student and parents. A variety of art mediums and materials are used such as acrylic paints, watercolors, tempera, paper machet, clay and a variety of different textiles and basic drawing materials such as pencil, pastels, etc. To sign up for after school art, contact the middle school art teacher or the art department chairperson. Upper School Fine Arts

After school arts program taught by the upper school art teacher is offered at McLean School. This program is for students with special talents and interests in exploring the visual arts. These classes are small and instruction is of a much closer teacher-student exchange. Artistic potential, understanding, and skill areas are more keenly developed, nurtured and realized in this program. To sign up for after school art, contact the upper school art teacher.
